Adolescent ADHD

Dr. Bruhl addresses the common misconception that teens with ADHD are just unmotivated—when in fact, they’re often struggling with attention and executive function challenges.

Teen & ADHD Group Therapy

14-session program

Adolescent ADHD 14-session support

Life with challenges such as Autism, ADHD, social anxiety can make daily routines and academic tasks more complex, often leading to feelings of frustration, anxiety and even social isolation in some situations.

Our group therapy program provides a secure and supportive environment where adolescents can learn about their unique challenges and develop skills to deal with them efficiently. Moreover, they get to connect with others. This support group has its doors open also to adolescents who have no diagnoses , yet experience some socio-emotional and attention challenges.

Led by experienced psychologists,Dr. Bruhl and her colleague, this group addresses various facets of Autism, ADHD, social anxiety and associated difficulties. The experts provide concrete strategies to navigate feelings of anxiety and depression, friendships, technology use, healthy routines, etc.
