The Adult ADHD Program

Life with ADHD has its challenges. ADHD may create barriers to achieving goals at the ideal time and in the ideal way. Through these ADHD group therapy sessions, experienced psychologists Dr. Bruhl and her colleagues have synthesized a 10-session program based on most recent research to combat interference of adulthood ADHD with daily functioning.

This therapy group can be an opportunity for you get an in-depth understanding of what ADHD actually is and learn strategies to deal with particular ADHD manifestations that challenge you as they vary across individuals. Participants shall be encouraged to share their experiences, approaches that do or do not work for them and learn alternative CBT-backed strategies.

Each session has a predetermined theme wherein the participants work on a specific manifestation of adult ADHD. Themes and dates for each session are detailed below

  • 26 Jan 2026 – Forgetfulness, distraction & time management

  • 23 Feb 2026 – ADHD – impact & management of screens

  • 23 March 2026 – ADHD & artificial intelligence – how to cope

  • 20 April 2026 – Managing hyper focus & task switching

  • 18 May 2026 – Procrastination, motivation & task initiation challenges

  • 22 June 2026 – Topic of choice – open discussion

Practical Information

  • Frequency: One session every 3-4 weeks

  • Time: 7pm - 8pm (approximately)

  • Duration: 60-70 minutes

  • Modality: Remote (by Zoom; link will be sent 24h before the session once payment has been received)

  • Therapists: Dr. Bruhl & colleagues​

  • ​Cost: €90 per sessionsession payable in advance by bank transfer (BE34 3631 6157 7990. Ref: ‘Name and date of session’. Reimbursement receipts for health insurance claim can be requested).

  • ​Registration: Please register by sending payment in advance to the account details above and sending proof of payment and confirmation of your presence by email to centre.evaluation@gmail.com.

  • Important Information: Consistent attendance is key to your progress and the group’s functioning. Therefore, it’s highly encouraged to attend all nine sessions. If you must miss a session, please refer to our cancellation policy.

  • Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend a session, please inform us of this cancellation by email 4 working days prior to the session. Cancellations made after this period will be charged at the standard price.
