Ideal Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a study in the field of psychology / education
- Exposure to pedagogical and/or educational environments
- Interest and experience in autism, ADHD, and or/ learning disorders
- Interest and enthusiasm supporting socio-emotional and learning development
- Planning efficiency and timely closure of expected tasks
- Solution-oriented approach
- Openness to acquiring new skills
- Fluency in English
- French and/or Dutch would be an advantage
Position

Starting in January 2027
Modality
On location in Waterloo, with limited remote flexibility
Tasks/Responsibilities
- Providing administrative and organisational support to the Centre.
- Communicating with parents, schools, clients, and other professionals.
- Assisting with scheduling, client follow-up, and general office tasks.
- Supporting the ADHD course, including preparation and participation in sessions where appropriate.
- Assisting with scoring tests and creating reports.
- Helping prepare materials and resources for assessments and interventions.
- Maintaining confidentiality and a professional approach when working with clients and families
